According to the most recent statistics from RMLS (Regional Multiple Listing Service) Portland is still appreciating, but the amount of appreciation has lessened from last year. It seems Portland has run it’s course of skyrocketing home prices and has begun to normalize itself. Thankfully, we are still fairing better than much of the country.
