		<description>I would echo what you said.  If you are going to buy and hold history predicts you will be fine.  We won't know the bottom until it has passed just as no one knew the top until it passed.  If you are in no hurry, and who really is, you might as well wait and save up your money.  Keep renting until you have your reason to buy.  That is my opinion.</description>
